Solutions in the field of innovative products and applications, cost savings, performance increases, production efficiency, strategic partnerships with suppliers and logistics services. Frequent innovation The company will, therefore, frequently introduce improved and new products. They will replace existing products that have reached the end of their service life due to, on the one hand, technological developments and, on the other hand, pressure from competitors. Our Research & Development department will work on this in a focused, structured and measurable programme. High decisiveness Supertape will continue to offer its customers flexibility and decisiveness. The size of the company puts us in a unique position. As a medium-sized company we are large enough to be able to produce large volumes competitively and to be able to deal with sizeable projects. At the same time, we are sufficiently small to be fast and flexible when it comes to development, production and delivery, but also with regard to our decision-making process. Intensive services Supertape aims at having a high degree of service by preventing unnecessary costs and complaints and offering the best possible support to our customers. Supertape customers are satisfied customers. We maintain long-term relationships with many of our customers. This reveals there is mutual appreciation and trust. We will make every additional effort to offer customers more than they expect. Supertape aims at having a customer satisfaction score of seven or higher on a scale of ten. High competence level Supertape wishes to be an attractive employer to its employees with plenty of development opportunities, recognition and appreciation in a healthy, safe working environment.
