Working at Supertape

Working at Supertape is working at a reliable, ambitious producer of self-adhesive tapes in a promising sector. Supertape is a knowledge-driven production company with five European locations. A total of 220 employees work at these locations in commercial, administrative, technical, production, warehouse, purchasing, marketing and product development positions. For more information about Supertape please refer to our corporate profile and our mission.

Medium-sized company with international style
Supertape has Dutch roots. Since 1962 we have branched out to France, Germany and Poland. Despite significant growth, Supertape has remained a compact company with short communication lines with colleagues nearby and abroad. The size of the company makes us unique. Supertape is small enough to act quickly and flexibly and, at the same time, sufficiently large to provide services to established customers and to process sizeable orders. Our leading market positions are in part due to this.

Typical Supertape
Our employees have a strong bond with Supertape. They are loyal, flexible and like to get down to work. Tape is in Supertape employees' DNA. This attitude is typical of our corporate culture. Other features of the Supertape culture include the informal character and independence linked to taking responsibility and initiative. New employees quickly feel at home since the above is combined with a positive in-house atmosphere and the company's clear objectives.

Employees determine our success
Every employee and every department plays an important role in our company. The different disciplines have a single common goal: to ensure customers are satisfied. Working together and communicating are crucial within this context. Supertape is well aware that it is, in particular, the knowledge, skills, commitment and performance of our (future) employees that determine the company's degree of success. They make the difference between dissatisfied and satisfied customers, between stagnation and growth.

Wanted: professionalism and ambition
Supertape expects professionalism and ambition from its employees. We believe that professionalism means taking responsibility and being intensively active within your chosen profession. Working efficiently and in a result-oriented fashion. Above all, Supertape wants a willingness to invest in yourself, in your career and in the company. Supertape is more than happy to co-invest. By continuing to learn, we will be working on achieving a higher competence level and company growth together.
